Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years PQE as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in client delivery, mentoring, and business development, while shaping the department’s ongoing growth and strategic direction.
- Advise individuals and business clients on a full range of commercial agreements, including terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service contracts, franchise agreements, shareholder, LLP, and partnership agreements.
- Handle a varied caseload involving sales, mergers, acquisitions, company restructures, and corporate reconstructions.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Play an active role in business development, networking, and local professional engagement.
