THE OPPORTUNITY
- Involvement in a broad range of corporate M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals and investments.
- Exposure to private equity-backed deals, working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers.
- Opportunity to support on management buy-outs, joint ventures and group restructurings.
- Early responsibility with direct client contact and meaningful involvement in transactions from the outset.
- Working within a high-performing and supportive team known for developing junior talent.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Qualified solicitor or due to qualify with 0-1 years’ PQE.
- Strong seat experience in corporate law, ideally with exposure to M&A transactions.
- A genuine interest in transactional, deal-led work.
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a leading corporate team.
