An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel (2+ PQE) to join a growing, international investment platform, supporting operations across Europe and the US.
Working closely with senior leadership, this role offers broad exposure to corporate, commercial, and strategic legal matters within a fast‑paced, cross‑border environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for legal queries across the business.
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements.
- Support new business initiatives, product development, and transactional activity.
- Advise on governance, regulatory, and compliance matters (including data protection and ESG).
- Maintain legal templates, policies, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage external counsel and support legal innovation projects.
About You
- Qualified lawyer (England & Wales) with 2+ years’ PQE.
- Background in corporate, M&A, or commercial law.
- Experience in private practice or in‑house within financial services / investment environments.
- Strong technical skills, combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
- Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and with senior stakeholders.
