About The Role
This is the most unusual role on our marketing team, and probably the hardest to hire for. We are not looking for experience or a fancy CV. We are looking for one person: the most relentless, most curious, most hungry generalist who wants to spend the next 2-3 years learning marketing at Conveo pace and is ready to outwork everyone.
Marketing at Conveo touches everything: brand, content, events, sales enablement, community, paid, social, product marketing, research, customer stories. You will help with all of it. Some weeks you will write. Some weeks you will run event logistics. Some weeks you will cut video. Some weeks you will do account research for a deal. You will say yes a lot, and say no almost never.
This role is only for someone who wants to work at startup pace, at full intensity, on real work that matters. We are not promising 9-to-5 or predictable hours. We promise that nothing you do will be busywork, and that in 12 months, you will be able to do things you could not do today.
You will work directly with the senior marketing team, the CGO, and the founders.

- Someone optimizing for work-life balance right now (that is a legitimate life choice, just not for this role at this stage)
Your Mission
Be the fastest, most helpful person on the team. You are the person the marketing team turns to when something needs to move. That means:
- First drafts of everything: landing pages, emails, social posts, briefings, recaps
- Research for campaigns, customer stories, and competitive moves
- Event prep: decks, logistics, collateral, follow-ups
- AI-powered asset creation: you make 10 variants in the time it takes most people to make one
Ship across every channel
Over 6 months you will touch brand, content, events, social, paid, and enablement. You will be bad at some of it in the beginning. You will get good fast, because you ship a lot.
- Weekly LinkedIn and X posts (yours and ghostwritten for team)
- Landing pages, microsites, and email sequences
- Event assets: one-pagers, invites, follow-ups, recaps
- Customer story drafts, deck templates, internal briefings
Learn Conveo deeply, fast
You cannot market Conveo well without understanding Conveo deeply. That is part of the job:
- Shadow sales calls, customer calls, product reviews
- Read every customer case, every competitor post, every research report worth reading
- Build a working mental model of the buyer, the product, the category
- Become the person who can answer "what do we believe about X?" in under a minute
Operate like an owner in training

- Things shipped per week
- Senior marketers' time unlocked
- Skills gained (a new tool, a new channel, a new craft) every 30 days
- Direct contributions to pipeline, launches, and events
What We're Looking For
Non-negotiables
- 0-3 years of professional experience in marketing, consulting, content, communications, or an adjacent craft. Or strong personal projects, side hustles, or student ventures that show real slope.
- Evidence you are a builder: you have made things nobody asked you to make
- Exceptional written English. You write fast, clean, and with voice.
- AI-native: you already use Claude, GPT, and adjacent tools to move faster than your peers
- Taste: you have opinions about what's good and what's mid, and they hold up
- Ready for startup pace: you know what you're signing up for and you want that, not despite it, because of it
- Based in or willing to relocate to London, Antwerp, or New York. This is an in-person-first role.

- Experience building an audience, a newsletter, a community, a student org, or a side project
- Light design, video editing, or code skills
- A second language (Dutch, French, Spanish, German)
- Experience in or around research, AI, SaaS, or consumer brands
What Success Looks Like
- In 30 days, you are already shipping first drafts that make the senior team faster
- In 90 days, you own a channel or recurring surface (a newsletter, a social handle, an event series) end to end
- In 6 months, you are the person people go to when they want something moved from 0 to 1 fast
- In 12 months, you have a visible body of work, a skill stack that didn't exist when you started, and a clear next role in marketing at Conveo
- Senior marketers and founders consistently say: "I don't know how we did this without them"
- You still have the energy you showed up with, because this was the right fit, not an endurance test
