We're seeking a results‑oriented New Business Development Manager to help accelerate our success across the SME sector within our Career Transition & Mobility portfolio. This client‑facing position sits within our Career Transition & Mobility business line and forms part of our UK Sales team. You'll act as a trusted advisor to HR and Talent leaders, helping organisations manage their workforce priorities, by navigating change, supporting their people through transitions, redeployment, and career development.

You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams; including Customer Success, Account Services, Finance, Marketing, and Bid Management, as well as colleagues across the wider Adecco Group portfolio to deliver best‑in‑class client experiences.
You’ll report directly to the UK Specialist Sales Director and work closely alongside your account management team and wider support functions.
