This role focuses on shaping delivery models, strengthening governance, and overseeing commercial and procurement activity within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic commercial leadership across a major digital programme
- Support delivery model assessment at programme and enterprise level
- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders (Director level and below)
- Ensure robust governance, assurance, and compliance
- Oversee end‑to‑end procurement activity
- Operate effectively in a high‑assurance, high‑visibility environment
Essential Experience
- Hands‑on HMT Green Book business cases
- Exposure to Public Accounts 2023
- Large‑scale public sector programme experience
- End‑to‑end commercial and procurement lifecycle knowledge
- Strong experience with CCS frameworks
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
