As Retail Operations Coordinator, you will support the National Account team in the day‑to‑day running of the account. Working closely with the National Account Manager and external buyers, you will ensure all commercial deadlines are met while taking ownership of end‑to‑end CPA and supporting operational excellence across the account.
THE ROLE

As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you play a critical role in supporting account execution, promotional delivery, and data accuracy. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Brand, Commercial Excellence, Finance, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and strong commercial performance.
You will be reporting to the National Account Manager, and you will manage:
Account operations & execution
- Support Account Managers with range reviews, trackers, stand layouts, and retailer planograms (including introductions and discontinuations)
- Create and submit new line forms for accounts as required
- Coordinate samples for distribution at key launch periods
- Coordinate the implementation of promotional plans and calendars, ensuring all administration and support is completed
- Check and coordinate promotional stripping and headers by account
- Coordinate, submit, and evaluate account‑specific promotions and proposals
Data, reporting & analysis
- Manage and update EPOS, stock, and promotional trackers across all accounts
- Analyse EPOS sales data and deliver ad‑hoc analysis as required
- Maintain sales databases for product codes and barcodes
- Carry out monthly store and pricing checks across all accounts
- Code and check merchandising invoices
Stakeholder & partner collaboration
- Work closely with cosmetics distributors on promotions, new listings, stock levels, and general queries
- Use retailer online sales and stock systems to ensure data accuracy and manage overstocks or potential returns
- Deliver ad‑hoc reporting as requested by retailers and National Account Managers

- Strong interest in working within a Sales or commercial environment
- Good understanding of the retail sector and market dynamics
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel capability
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage priorities
- Team‑player mindset with the ability to listen, contribute, and influence
- Self‑starter able to work autonomously and use initiative
- Proactive, flexible, and solution‑focused approach
