P2 Events is a fast‑growing global creative agency, and we’re on the lookout for a driven, organised and energetic Events & Exhibitions Project Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can juggle multiple projects, solve problems on the fly, and communicate confidently with clients, suppliers and internal teams - all while keeping timelines, budgets and details firmly under control.

You’ll need to be:

• Confident communicator with great people skills.
• Highly organised with impeccable time management.
• Calm, proactive and decisive when the pressure is on.
• Naturally outgoing, collaborative and solutions‑focused.
• Passionate about events, branding and live experiences.
• Happy to travel internationally during project delivery.

Location matters:

This is an office based role near Poole, so you’ll need to be local, or within a 30 mile radius or willing to relocate. Extensive international travel is part of the role.
