Join Aqualla Adamsez as a Customer Services Advisor, where you'll process orders, support the sales team, and assist customers via email and phone with professionalism and courtesy to resolve inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders manually and through the ERP system.
- Respond to and resolve customer queries via email and phone in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with B2B customers.
- Provide ongoing support to Regional Sales Managers.
- Offer alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Liaise with courier services to ensure order fulfilment.
- Support new process implementations and improvements.
- Handle general office administration and other tasks as assigned.
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing or contact role.
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment within a professional team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with ERP systems or customer contact management tools.
