Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and build relationships with new clients, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include market research, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, analyzing sales data, and working closely with marketing and operational teams to align business activities with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
• Strong market research and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and revenue target achievement.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a results-driven environment.
• Experience in the metals industry or related sectors is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
• 5 years minimum experience is required.
