Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing project costs, planning budgets, and reporting on financial performance. Additional responsibilities may include liaising with clients, preparing tender documents, and ensuring project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management
• Experience in preparing and managing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Strong expertise in Cost Reporting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field is required
• Professional membership in RICS or similar accreditation is advantageous
• Experience in cladding, facade remediation, or fire safety projects is a plus
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools
