The Role

Supporting the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a busy, high‑quality operation. This is a hands‑on position where you’ll drive standards, develop your team, and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience.

The Venue

A premium countryside pub with a modern feel, delivering seasonal British menus with a strong focus on fresh, regional produce. With a busy restaurant, bar, and additional dining spaces, it’s a fast‑paced and rewarding environment.
