Multimatic - Solving our customers’ problems through the know-how we embed in the products and services we sell.
Multimatic is a global automotive company providing hardware and engineering services to OEMs around the world. The electronics division based in Cambridge (UK), Multimatic Electronic Systems (MES), is meeting the growing needs of our automotive customers in electronics hardware and control software. Combining our electronics products with Multimatic’s existing expertise in suspension systems, vehicle dynamics and complex mechanisms enables us to go to market with complete electromechanical systems such as active suspension, active aero and powered door products.
We are seeking a Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our growing engineering team to develop a range of ISO 26262 compliant automotive electronics products. You will be part of a highly capable team split between Cambridge (UK) and Toronto (Canada) and will have the opportunity to be involved in all stages of product development from concept through to end of life.
We need someone who is experienced in electronic hardware design, with a good grounding in embedded systems. Someone who has previously designed products for manufacture, ideally in an automotive environment, and someone used to working to deadlines and communicating well. We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who will embrace our culture - finding ways to say “yes”, supporting and developing our engineers, meeting all commitments, being flexible, embracing challenges and ensuring we deliver excellent solutions to our customers.
