Japanese-Speaking Paid Media Manager (Remote – UK)
About the Role
We are looking for a talented Japanese-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a remote UK-based role responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns targeting Japanese and international audiences across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, fluent in Japanese and English, and experienced in managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable ROI outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube
- Programmatic platforms
- Manage budgets and pacing to achieve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion goals
- Conduct keyword research in both Japanese and English markets
- Create campaign structures, audience targeting, and ad copy localisation
- Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable insights and reports
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Monitor trends and competitor activity in the Japanese digital market
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese and professional English proficiency
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager
- Proven experience managing six-figure monthly budgets preferred
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion optimisation
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Experience working remotely and independently
- Agency experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications
- Experience targeting APAC/Japanese markets
- Knowledge of SEO and CRO principles
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or Tableau
