Italian-Speaking Paid Media Manager (Remote – UK)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Italian-speaking Paid Media Manager to join our international digital marketing team. This remote UK-based role will focus on managing and optimising paid media campaigns targeting Italian-speaking audiences across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, performance-focused, and experienced in delivering measurable growth through PPC and paid social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube
- Programmatic advertising platforms
- Manage campaign budgets and performance against KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for Italian-speaking markets
- Write and localise ad copy in Italian and English
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity
- Ensure campaigns align with brand and compliance standards
Requirements
- Fluent/native Italian and professional English proficiency
- 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager
- Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns
- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimisation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Agency experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications
- Experience targeting EMEA or Italian markets
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and attribution modelling
- Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools

Salary
£40,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
