Location: London, EC4M 7RD
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, shifts range between: 07:30am - 16:00pm, 08:30am - 17:00pm & 10:30am - 19:00pm (not often but when required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening the pantry
- Open business Lounge
- Check the booking system and update the kitchen team on any changes from the previous day
- Planification of the business day
- Weekly meeting with internal service team
- Placing orders
- Checking deliveries
- Follow Health and safety procedures
- Stock take
- Manage events absence of manager or as required.
- Working close to the event team to delivery VIP events
- Creating quotes
- Training and development of the team
- Overview of the hospitality service
