Pizza Chef - Full Time - London

Join our staff dining team as a Pizza Chef! Earn up to 20 per hour!

Pizza Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas according to established recipes or customer preferences. They ensure high-quality food production, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

As a Pizza Chef you will:

• Prepare pizza dough from scratch or use pre-made dough
• Roll, stretch, and shape dough to required sizes
• Add sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to recipes or customer orders
• Operate pizza ovens (electric)
• Monitor cooking times and ensure pizzas are cooked properly
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Keep kitchen and workstations clean and organized

To be a successful Pizza Chef you will:

• Proven experience as a pizza chef or similar role
• Knowledge of pizza-making techniques (hand-tossed, Neapolitan, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Experience with pizza ovens
• Creativity in developing new pizza recipes
