Location: Flexible base within the UK but good access to London
Salary: 45,000 per annum + amazing benefits and package
Working Pattern: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week
Role Purpose
Responsible for elevating the visual standard of all tender submissions, pitch decks, and supporting collateral across our bid pipeline. Working within a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment, the role transforms operational, culinary, and commercial content into compelling, brand-led visual narratives that strengthen win themes and enhance client engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- InDesign-led Bid Production Own the layout, structure, and design of full tender submissions using Adobe InDesign, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium presentation.
- PowerPoint Pitch Decks Build high-impact interview presentations with strong visual hierarchy, infographics, timelines, and service models.
- Brand Governance Maintain visual consistency across all materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and sector-specific tone.
- Visual Storytelling Translate complex operational into intuitive diagrams and graphics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Bid Managers, Chefs, Operations, and Marketing to refine content and ensure visual coherence.
- Version Control & Deadlines Manage multiple concurrent bids, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and meticulous file management.
Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint (essential).
- Experience designing bids, proposals, or commercial submissions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret technical/operational information and convert it into clear visual formats.
- Experience in hospitality, foodservice, workplace experience, or FM (advantageous).
- Strong layout, typography, and brand-application skills.
- Comfortable working to immovable deadlines with high attention to detail.
