We are now looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our Compass Commercial Management team. This is a highprofile, fastpaced role requiring both a commercial and operational mindset, working closely with teams across Foodbuy including Client Experience, Culinary, Category and Supply Chain to deliver against sector priorities.

Supporting the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in shaping sector supplychain strategy, driving delivery against agreed KPIs and supporting both shortterm execution and longerterm strategic initiatives. This role is ideally suited to a resilient, handson commercial operator who enjoys stakeholder management, problemsolving and delivering change within complex organisations.

Compliance, optimisation & reporting

Customer experience

Purchasing income & cost control
