This role offers true autonomy, scope to shape our ER offering, and the opportunity to help our leaders grow.Youllplay a crucial part in reducing organisational risk, strengthening our culture, and ensuring colleagues feel supported,valuedand treated fairly.
This is a hybrid role enabling you to base yourself from home if you wish. Travel will be required across our region to enable you to meet with the teams you support and spend time with the wider People Team. You will therefore need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
