About you
- 2-4 years' experience in payroll administration
- Proven ability to process both weekly and monthly payrolls
- Experience with temporary payroll transactions
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
- Skilled in pensions and employee benefits administration
- High accuracy and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple sites on weekly and monthly cycles
- Administer temporary payrolls and ensure correct payments for temporary staff
- Resolve payroll queries promptly and accurately
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records and employee data
- Administer pension schemes and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation and payroll regulations
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate information
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed
