Vickerstock are proud to be partnering our Food Manufacturing Client - who are hugely passionate about their products and the people who produce them - with the appointment of a Night Shift Supervisor for their facility based near Lisburn
What we offer
- Up to £39520 depending on experience
- 40hours per week - Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6/6.30pm.

Your responsibilities on Night Shift
- Ensure the production team are properly instructed in the care and safe operation of equipment
- Liaise with production manager on production plans to ensure constant flow of production.
- Review records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials - ensuring all traceability information is completed.
- Perform continuous inspection of product to ensure quality
- Ensure all equipment is in good operating condition
- Promotes positive employee relations and interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
- Ensure employee compliance with company rules
- Assist with employee training and performance reviews
- Make recommendations on disciplinary action and otherwise participates in the disciplinary action process as necessary
- Fulfilment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
(please note this is a Night Shift role Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6/6.30pm).
Your essential experience:
- Proven experience leading a Team within a fast-paced Food manufacturing environment
- Ability to coach, develop and mentor your team to achieve company goals
- Strong communication skills
