YOUR ROLE

As aManaging ConsultantwithexpertiseinProgrammeand Portfolio Management,you will deliver complex client business transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors and drive the enhancement of our service offerings,with a focus on automation and tooling.

As a Managing Consultantyou will play a key role in:

• Leading the delivery of medium sized and complex client business transformation initiatives.

• Being responsible forthe management ofa large client contract, including managing budgets, resourceprofileandbilling.

• Contributing todelivery strategies and new offerings,through the combination of existing assets or adopting new insights to enhance ourprogrammeleadership and P3O services through automation, advanced tooling, and tailored methodologies.

• Playing a role in theProgrammeand Change Practice,enactingand delivering on the 2026strategy.

• Contributing to the development of internal training pathways to upskill consultants in areas such as automation, tooling, and P3M methodologies.

• Leading teams on client delivery and being a mentor/coach to junior team members; enablingcapabilitydevelopment and growth of our team.

As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

• Business Development Leading/contributing toproposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, clienthosting atevents.

• Internal contribution Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.

• Learning &development Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proventrack recordofdeliveringcomplex, multi-supplier transformation initiatives across various industries.Expertiseinprogrammegovernance, stakeholdermanagementand risk management.Currently working in a major Consulting firmand/or in industry.

• Commercial acumentodeterminethe best way to structure a deal for mutual benefit to clients and Capgemini. Ability toidentifyopportunities to enhance ourprogrammeleadership and P3O services through automation, advanced tooling, and tailored methodologies. Proven ability to foster and grow client relationships.

• Experience andexpertiseofmultipledelivery approaches and methodologies. Particularly, the adoption of hybrid delivery models that combine traditional PMO approaches with Agile frameworks.

Desirable skills and/or experience:

• Hold relevant P3M qualifications

- MSP, MoP, and/or P3O from Axelos

- PMQ, PPQ and/or ChPP from APM

- PMP and/or PgMP from PMI

- PROSCI or APMG qualifications

- PRINCE2 Practitioner or agile equivalents

• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixedorganisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
• Experienceofproposition building andleading the transition from sales intodelivery.
• Already hold or, willing and eligible to obtain (within 6 months), UK security vetting status of Security Check (SC).
