Production Administrator - York Based - Huntington

We are looking for an Production Administrator to join our successful team at our head office in York (must be local).

As a Production Administrator, youll be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing data is processed in an accurate and timely manner, in line with company procedures and timescales.

Role Details:

Salary up to 28,000 Depending on experience.
Role based: New Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9PT You must live local to York
Permanent
Hours are 7:30-16:30 Monday - Thursday and 7:30-13:00 Friday.
Annual on target bonus of 2.5% - Depending on company performance
Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days.

In this role you will be required to:

Ensure that the process of entering job sheets onto both, our internal ERP system both (SAP) and spreadsheets is carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
To assist with onboarding new starter and inductions
Review and validate Hub data to ensure it complies with Company rules and procedures.
Standard operating procedure (SOP) administration
SAP transactions Dispatch Process
Provide general administrative support within the defined area, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time.
Manage documents, process information, create correspondence, maintain records and collate reports.
Produce reports and provide accurate information to stakeholders as required.
Ensure systems and records are regularly updated and accurate.
Support the delivery of specific projects or initiatives by providing administrative input as required.
Respond to queries effectively, escalating where appropriate.
Support compliance with company procedures, standards and policies.
To produce inspections for modules on IAuditor
To produce engraved ID Plates for modules
To process invoices for operatives employed through agency
To manage training for shop floor operatives on the internal system

Our Ideal Candidate

Experience in an administration role, demonstrating team work and analytical thinking
Exceptional organisation, planning and attention to detail is key in this role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support colleagues, visitors and stakeholders effectively.
Experienced and confident in using Microsoft Office package and other systems simultaneously
Confidence to build relationships both internally and externally
