About the Job
Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties
Key responsibilities
- Preparation of with month-end and year-end accounts, including reconciliations, journals, and financial reporting.
- Preparation and submission of UK & ROI VAT, CIS, and RCT returns, ensuring full compliance with HMRC and Revenue requirements.
- Processing of weekly and monthly payroll
- Management of intercompany charges preparing invoices, reconciling balances, and maintaining supporting documentation.
- Purchase and Sales Ledger Maintenance
- Maintenance of accurate financial records
- Liaising with external accountant
Previous experience
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment
- Hold an Accounts Technician Qualification or currently studying your ATI (Desirable) or Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA
- Experience Using Sage - Desirable
- Microsoft Excel
