Real Estate Litigation Senior Solicitor | 5+ Years PQE | Top 200 Firm | Legal 500 Ranked | Manchester
A rare opportunity to join a highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team that seldom hires due to its consistent workflow and outstanding retention, within a well established Top 200 firm in central Manchester. This role is positioned well in the market, offering an alternative career path to larger internationals.
The Firm
A leading regional practice in the North West with consistent Legal 500 rankings across multiple disciplines and a number of individually recognised lawyers. The firm acts for national and international businesses, high net worth individuals and fast growing entrepreneurial companies, creating a dynamic environment where lawyers are exposed to a wide range of high value matters across different sectors.
The firm continues to go from strength to strength, maintaining a modern outlook while preserving a close knit and collaborative culture. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork, approachability and long term development, alongside an active social and community presence that makes it a genuinely enjoyable place to build a career.
The Role
You will join a highly regarded Real Estate Litigation team that benefits from a strong pipeline of work generated by a successful transactional Real Estate department and longstanding client relationships.
Your caseload will focus on high value commercial property disputes including landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations, breach of contract, insolvency related property issues and repossessions. The emphasis is firmly on complex and high value instructions rather than volume, with a quality of work that consistently reflects the calibre of the firm's client base.
Working closely with the Head of Department you will manage your own caseload while playing a meaningful role in mentoring and developing junior members of the team, making this an ideal opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to take on genuine leadership responsibility alongside high quality work.
