We are recruiting for a driven and proven Senior Sales Manager with a successful background in selling CTV solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales expertise with AV experience and has a successful history of building independent agency and client direct relationships in order to drive revenue growth. Focusing on generating new business, building strategic relationships, and positioning our clients' brilliant CTV product as a leading solution. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position ideal for a self-starter with deep knowledge of the CTV landscape looking to take the AV team to the next level.
Commercial Growth & New Business
- Own and grow revenue across the CTV offering, consistently driving new business opportunities and hitting commercial targets.
- Build strong relationships with independent agencies and brands, leading conversations from initial outreach through to close.
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive networking, outreach and industry presence.
- Lead pitches and commercial discussions, creating tailored proposals and solutions that align with client objectives.
- Keep forecasting and pipeline reporting up to date, providing clear visibility to leadership on performance and opportunities.
- Identify ways to accelerate CTV adoption and unlock new commercial opportunities within the market.
CTV & AV Knowledge
- Bring a solid understanding of the AV and CTV landscape, including platforms.
- Work closely with programmatic and trading teams across DSPs to deliver effective campaign activation.
- Confidently advise clients on audience targeting, measurement and privacy-safe solutions within the CTV ecosystem.
- Help clients understand how CTV, BVOD and linear channels work together to drive incremental reach and campaign performance.
Client Partnership & Strategic Thinking
- Build tailored CTV strategies around client goals, whether focused on awareness, reach, engagement or performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, client success and product teams to deliver campaigns that meet both commercial and strategic objectives.
- Act as a trusted market voice for clients, sharing insights around broadcaster innovation, streaming trends and the evolving ad-supported TV landscape.
