Role and Responsibilities


Consultancy Project Managers, with a strong focus in both Private & Public Sectors. Our projects range in value from £6m to £430m and are with a variety of high profile clients in the commercial, infrastructure and public sector giving our Project Managers a diverse and exciting workload. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to work in a growing, dynamic and sociable office and wanting to develop quickly in a supportive environment.

Bonus share of company success.

Full APC support


£35k-£65k PA


 Provide high quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle;

 Advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues;

 Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams;

 Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders

 Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.

 Implement effective and efficient communication tools.

 Have an up to date and developing knowledge of a range of building contract forms including JCT and NEC.

 Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.

 Experience in the adoption and management best practice Project Management techniques

 Experience of both pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and be able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.

 The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle.

 Proven track record to lead projects for or on behalf of local or private developers or local authorities.

 Good understanding of the roles of employer’s agent and contract administrator during the construction phase.

 Demonstrate leadership skills necessary to direct and manage the project team having responsibility, under minimum supervision, delivering projects; including pre and post project stages.

 Hold or be working towards RICS Qualified or similar Project Management Qualification.

Desirable but not essential attributes

 Experienced in using Microsoft Projects or similar.

 Working towards or holds MRICS

 Experience in developing client relationships and opportunities on further scope or new projects
