The Work

You'll handle a substantial, manageable caseload of residential conveyancing matters:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions
• Work within ISO 9001 standards and Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
• Deliver efficient, client-focused service with quality over quantity

The caseload is manageable by design, you'll be empowered to deliver the exceptional service the firm is renowned for, not just process volume.

You

• 2+ PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
• Proven ability to meet and exceed billing targets
• Genuine passion for delivering first-class client service
