We’re hiring: Account Manager (Incentives & Promotions)
The role:
You’ll manage client accounts day to day, working on consumer promotions from brief through to fulfilment. This is a hands‑on, agency‑side role combining client service, campaign management, creative thinking and delivery.
You’ll be:
- Managing a portfolio of brand and agency clients
- Delivering incentive and promotional campaigns end‑to‑end
- Creating bespoke prize and travel solutions aligned to campaign mechanics
- Working with suppliers and partners to manage fulfilment
- Supporting account growth and long‑term client relationships
- Helping prize winners through their winning journey
About you
- 2+ years’ experience as an Account Manager (or strong Senior Account Executive ready to step up)
- Agency experience preferred (incentives, promotions, marketing, travel or rewards)
- Confident managing clients, timelines and multiple projects
- Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
- A genuine interest in travel, incentives, promotions or rewards
