Investment Associate – Renewable Energy Developer

We are supporting a rapidly growing renewable energy platform in the search for an Investment Associate to support the continued expansion of its European renewable infrastructure portfolio.

The business is active across the development, acquisition and optimisation of renewable energy assets, with a focus on technologies including solar PV, BESS, onshore wind and broader energy transition infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional looking to move into a commercially driven and entrepreneurial platform with exposure across the full investment lifecycle.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership across:

• Financial modelling and valuation
• Investment analysis
• M&A and transaction execution
• Due diligence coordination
• Commercial and strategic analysis
• Development platform evaluation
• Portfolio optimisation and asset-level analysis
• Investment committee materials and stakeholder presentations

The role offers broad exposure across both development and investment activities within a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

The team is looking to speak with individuals who possess:

• 2–6 years of relevant experience
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Experience within investment banking, infrastructure advisory, project finance, private equity, infrastructure investing or renewable energy
• Exposure to renewable energy and energy transition transactions
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
• Ability to work within lean and entrepreneurial teams

Experience across solar, BESS, wind, energy infrastructure or broader power markets would be highly advantageous.
