The role is primarily field-based and requires regular travel across London and other regions within the UK to visit healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and strategic partners. Occasional attendance at the London office is expected for meetings and collaboration.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our healthcare network and expand referral partnerships within the women’s health ecosystem.

This role will focus on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ObGyns), midwives, hospitals, clinics, and fertility centres, while also identifying and developing new strategic partnerships to increase awareness, generate leads, and convert opportunities into bookings.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in healthcare business development, medical sales, or partnership management, preferably within obstetrics, women’s health, fertility, or maternity care.
