Senior Associate, Non-Contentious Construction, London (Minimum 5+ PQE)

We are representing a well-regarded UK law firm with a thriving non-contentious construction practice, and we're looking for a talented Senior Associate to join a team that punches well above its weight. You'll work alongside three highly experienced partners bringing deep expertise across major infrastructure, development and procurement work on genuinely complex, high-value matters for an impressive client base.

You'll be advising on a broad range of non-contentious construction work, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts (JCT, NEC and bespoke), procurement advice, development agreements, and front-end risk management for developers, funders, contractors and public sector clients.
