Requirements:

• Degree and a few years of experience in Engineering
• Experience in engineering and technology consultancy or management/strategy consulting firms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• Ambition and strong commitment.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Managing commercial activities aimed at acquiring new projects;
• Creating new business opportunities with prospective clients and account management;
• Managing relationships with existing clients and identifying market opportunities;
• Driving innovation with customers through creative solutions

Business Unit Management:

• Managing and developing a team of consultants.
• Overseeing the budget and financial performance of your business unit.
• Monitoring profitability and support the growth of your business area.

Recruiting & Talent Management:

• Identifying, attracting, and recruiting new engineering talent.
• Supporting consultants in their career development in collaboration with the HR team.
• Ensuring ongoing follow-up and engagement of consultants.
