About the company

Our client is a leading global events organiser, recognised for delivering high quality finance conferences and exhibitions that bring together senior decision makers from across the world. Their events are known not only for thought leading content but also for facilitating real business deals and delivering exceptional long term value for clients.

The role

As a Senior Conference Producer you will take ownership of a key region within the finance portfolio and lead the development of world class events that attract senior executives and industry leaders. This is a highly commercial and entrepreneurial position with autonomy to shape agendas, identify growth opportunities and create events that make a genuine impact on both the market and the business.

You will be responsible for the full production cycle from market research and agenda creation through to speaker acquisition and onsite delivery. With a minimum of three years production experience you will be confident engaging senior stakeholders, commercially aware and motivated to drive the growth of your events.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a region within the finance portfolio ensuring consistent growth and impact
• Conduct research to identify market trends, key themes and commercial opportunities
• Create content rich agendas that attract senior level audiences and deliver tangible business value
• Secure and manage relationships with high profile speakers and C level executives
• Work closely with sales, marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery and commercial success
• Identify ways to scale events, increase revenue and strengthen market position
• Represent the business at international events and build a strong global network

About you

• Minimum three years experience in B2B conference production ideally within finance or investment
• Commercially driven with proven ability to grow events and contribute to revenue
• Confident, proactive and results focused with strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into compelling content
• Comfortable engaging with and influencing senior executives and decision makers
• Growth mindset with the ambition to take ownership and make an impact
• Willing to travel internationally
• Able to be office based in London three days each week
