• Contract: Permanent, full-time
• Work Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

Essential:

• Leading and coordinating daily shift activities
• Monitoring networks and responding to alerts
• Managing incidents, escalations, and service restoration
• Supporting engineers with technical troubleshooting
• Ensuring accurate ticket updates and SLA compliance
• Driving process improvements and operational standards
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Desirable:

• Experience leading technical support, NOC, or service desk teams
• Strong incident management and escalation handling skills
• Background in network operations or IT support environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience working within ITIL/SLA-driven environments
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a 24/7 operation
