Salary:£28,000 - £30,000

Contract:Permanent, full-time

Location: Lyric Theatre, Belfast

Hours:Mon-Fri 9am-5pm 37.5 hours

Holidays: 20days discretionary plus bank/public holidays (currently 11 days).

Essential Criteria

• At least 2 years experience working in a similar role in a busy finance function to include purchase ledger;
• Must have Payroll & bookkeeping experience.
• Experience of Payroll processing using Sage Payroll or a similar payroll package.
• Experience using Sage accounting software. Experience of using Sage Line 50 or a similar accounting package;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, payroll, and accounts payable processes.
• Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy and work to strict monthly deadlines
