Salary - £40000

OTE - £65000

As Sales Manager, you will receive:

The right person will:

✔ Have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role with a prestige brand

✔ Demonstrate drive, ambition and strong leadership skills

✔ Show a high level of commercial awareness with strong motor industry knowledge

✔ Have a proven track record of achieving financial objectives, including budgets, sales, profit and CSI targets

✔ Be able to maximise both volume and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction

✔ Possess excellent written, analytical and numerical skills

✔ Have a proactive management style aligned with strong corporate values

✔ Be IT literate (experience with Kerridge would be advantageous)
