I’m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established and growing signage business based in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager with a background in the signage industry to join a highly respected company known for delivering bespoke signage solutions to corporate clients across the UK.

The business designs, manufactures and installs a wide range of high-quality signage products and is now looking to strengthen its client services team with someone who can confidently manage inbound enquiries, quotations and smaller projects from brief through to completion.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being client-facing, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to progress their career within a supportive and ambitious signage company.

The Role

• Managing inbound client enquiries and developing strong customer relationships
• Preparing quotations for a variety of signage projects
• Managing smaller projects from initial brief through to delivery
• Liaising with internal production teams and external suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within specification and to a high standard
• Prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the full project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working within the signage industry is essential
• Experience in an Account Management, Project Management or Client Services role
• Strong technical understanding of signage products and processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
