Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow senior client relationships to achieve annual revenue targets across a range of insights and marketing solutions.
Build a strong understanding of client business needs from both a commercial and marketing perspective.
Lead the development and execution of senior stakeholder engagement strategies.
Drive the annual planning process across insight and marketing offerings, ensuring effective delivery at both strategic and tactical levels.
Oversee and support the delivery of client marketing campaigns, ensuring quality execution and outcomes.
Collaborate closely with internal insights and commercial teams to identify and maximise new opportunities.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including performance reporting, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Manage and develop direct reports against agreed objectives through coaching, training, and performance support.
Oversee financial management including forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and profitability tracking against annual targets.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, applying creative thinking to identify growth and relationship-building opportunities.
Skills and Experience Required
Requirements:
Significant experience in client services, ideally within retail or FMCG environments.
Proven experience in media sales with responsibility for revenue targets.
Demonstrated people leadership and line management experience.
Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
A commercial mindset with an understanding of insights-led solutions.
A proactive, high-energy approach with strong teamwork skills and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
