SALES ASSOCIATE, LONDON

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Greater London. The Sales Assistant will engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support, assist with merchandising, and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining the store's visual standards, and working collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere and build lasting relationships with clientele.
We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and presentable individual to join our retail team. Turnbull and Asser’s reputation is build on exacting standards. From our quality and design through to our customer service. We expect our sales associates to uphold and reinforce those standards. Applicants will have experience working within luxury retail, have an eye for detail and be driven by achieving sales through excellent customer care. Experience within Menswear and / or Womenswear and Bespoke and Tailoring would be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will engage in all aspects of the day to day running of the store. A good standard of written and spoken English is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Being presentable and well-groomed at all times.
· Maximizing the potential of each customer visit.
· To invite customers to include their details on our client list.
· Ensuring that the customer has been sold the correct, desired item.
· Create a memorable personalized brand experience for our customers
· Posses meticulous attention to detailsand appreciate ingenuity and British Heritage.
· Learning the history of the company.
· Guide clients through the Ready to Wear, Bespoke and MTM journey with expert advise on style, fits, and fabrics.
· Handle client inquires and concerns with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
· Drive and exceed sales targets for Ready to Wear, MTM and Bespoke departments.
· Dealing with new and existing clients in a respectful and courteous way.
· Correct use of the POS system and achieve the commercial objectives.
· To interact with all coworkers in a respectful and courteous way.
· Correctly putting away daily deliveries.
· Due care and attention paid to all forms of written documentation.
· Seek to engage with, and introduce the brand to all visitors to the store.
· Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
· Demonstrate product knowledge and continually look for ways to expand.
· Effective use of the customer profile function
· Exceptional sales and customer service skills
Skills and Experience
· Help to ensure the highest retail standards are apparent at all times, front and back of house.
· Assisting with daily replenishment deliveries requirements
· Advanced fitting and measurement capabilities.
· Expert understanding of tailoring, fabrics and garment construction.
· Minimum 3 years experience, working within the luxury and tailoring retail sector.
· Experience of Made to Measure and Bespoke service would be a distinct advantage.
· Fluent in English, written and spoken.
· Good time keeping and flexiable approach to work.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, team player
· Passion for menswear and craftmanship.
· Understanding and knowledge of British Heritage
