Contract - Senior Media Planning Pitch Support

Pitch Planner, 1 to 2 Month Contract

Location: London, in-office required

Start: ASAP

Rate: £450 to £500 per day, outside IR35

Working Pattern: 1 to 3 days per week

Introduction

We’re working with a leading media agency who are looking for short-term pitch planning support across a number of live and upcoming pitches.

The Role

This is an ad hoc contract for an experienced Pitch Planner who can support the pitch team and senior leaders across planning work. The role will suit someone flexible, confident working at pace, and comfortable being in the office as required.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting live pitch planning projects

• Working closely with pitch teams and senior stakeholders

• Helping shape planning responses for new business opportunities

• Bringing strong strategic thinking across short-term project work

• Flexing across ad hoc requirements over the next 1 to 2 months

You, Skills & Experience:

• Client Director level experience, or equivalent from a media agency

• Strong pitch planning experience

• Retail client experience preferred

• Entertainment sector experience also considered

• Comfortable working in-office with senior teams

• Flexible availability across 1 to 3 days per week
