Our client, a well-established and expanding recruitment business, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to grow a professional construction desk. This is a full 360 role with huge earning potential and a clear route into leadership for the right person. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own client base, shape your market, and make a real impact, backed by a supportive leadership team and strong infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and develop a professional construction desk
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle (permanent placements)
• Win new business and build long-term client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior consultants as the desk grows
• Identify and drive growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• 360 recruitment experience in professional construction
• Proven billing record in a business development–focused role
• Strong commercial awareness and resilience
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Leadership experience or ambition to lead a team
