Senior Consultant - Swift Strategies

We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join the team.

This is a delivery role - working on complex programmes, supporting clients, and making sure delivery happens for our clients.

About Swift Strategies

Swift Strategies is a leading digital, data and technology consultancy specialising in transformation. We partner with government departments, public bodies and education organisations to deliver strategic, user-centered solutions that improve services and outcomes for users.

The Role

You will support the delivery of complex digital transformation programmes across public and private sector clients, working across both agile and waterfall environments. You'll take ownership of workstreams, monitor budgets, manage stakeholder relationships, and help identify and resolve blockers to delivery.

You'll work closely with senior team members and clients, contribute to proposals and client presentations, and share knowledge to promote delivery excellence across the team.

In short: you're someone people rely on to keep things moving and delivered properly.

What We're Looking For

You'll be comfortable in complex environments and confident in taking ownership of your work.

You likely have:

Relevant qualifications in delivery methodologies (Scrum, PRINCE2, SAFe, Lean Kanban or similar) and related disciplines (BA, Product Owner, Business Change) are advantageous.

Your Approach

You'll thrive here if you:

Culture

Swift is a people-first consultancy. You'll thrive here if you're down to earth, reliable, and easy to work with. You do what you say, you will. You bring ideas, energy, and personality.

This is a team of high performers who genuinely enjoy working together.

Is This You?

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, is comfortable in fast-moving environments, and wants to keep progressing into more senior roles.

If you prefer structure, layers, and handovers, this won't be for you. If you like solving problems, getting stuck in and making things happen, you'll probably enjoy it here.
