AskRose is a HMRC-registered tax agent which works tirelessly to help the UK State Pensioners check if they could potentially be due an increase to their State Pension payments after years of underpayments due to missing information on their National Insurance records and HRP credits.
As we continue to support those affected, we’re also looking to expand our own team to meet this incredible demand for help and guidance: we’re looking for an experienced Senior Operations Executive to join our growing in-house team based in Altrincham, Manchester.
Helping ensure every case is tracked, progressed, handled and closed efficiently and effectively, you will play a key part in our entire operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the CRM as the single source of truth across all case pipelines
- Ensure every case has accurate stage, status, and outcome data
- Build and maintain operational reporting dashboards
- Support the Operations Director in their role as CRM product owner: drafting briefs, managing the backlog, liaising with our development partner, and co-ordinating releases
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities
- Maintain integrations between CRM, dialler, SMS/email, payments, and reporting
- Run automated comms journeys across email, SMS, and post
- Manage the pre-collections comms layer; hand off to Credit Control when cases enter formal recovery
- Continuously test and optimise messaging for response rates and complaint rates
- Day-to-day management of the inbound mailroom relationship
- Co-ordinate with outbound mail providers
- Drive postal volumes down through digital-first comms wherever compliant
- Support the build-out of the wider operations team as volume scales
- Act as a key point of escalation for operational issues before they reach the Operations Director
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have experience in one of the following fields:
- Experience serving as an Operations Manager
- Experience working in high-volume consumer claims firm, such as PPI, packaged bank accounts, motor finance commission or plevin, handling 100k+ case books in your field
- Previous Senior Operations or CRM experience at an FCA-regulated complaints handler or claims management company
- Operations-side founder of a smaller claims or legal-tech business looking to plug into a bigger, funded platform
You Can Boost Your Application With:
- Demonstrable experience as CRM product owner or CRM lead
- Hands-on understanding of automation tooling: workflow engines, SMS/email platforms, and ideally LLM-based automation
- Experience working alongside or managing external development teams
- Comfort with reconciliation, audit trails, and regulated claims processes
- Numeracy skills: you can read a P&L line for their function and defend the cost-per-case
- Exposure to HMRC, DWP, or wider government-claims
- Experience and knowledge of welfare-benefits or state-payment claims
- Prior experience scaling a function from 50k to 500k cases
