Are you a digital marketer looking to take real ownership of campaigns, and develop a specialism in CRM and email marketing with the full support of an experienced team behind you?

We're working with one of the UK's most recognisable retail brands.

This is a genuinely exciting brief. The business is open to candidates who have a solid digital marketing foundation and the enthusiasm to grow into CRM and email as a core specialism. Full training and upskilling are provided, what they're looking for is the right attitude, a good eye for data, and someone who takes pride in delivering campaigns that perform.

What you'll be doing

→ Managing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns end-to-end — from briefing through to build, send, and optimisation

→ Developing targeted customer segments to improve campaign relevance and effectiveness

→ Running A/B tests and analysing performance data to continuously improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions

→ Creating briefs for internal and external creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications

→ Supporting the optimisation of automated customer journeys and flows

→ Conducting competitor analysis to spot market trends and opportunities

→ Working cross-functionally with design, retail marketing, and digital trade teams

→ Staying current on industry best practices, new technologies, and GDPR compliance

What we're looking for

→ 2–3 years' experience in a digital or broader marketing role

→ Some exposure to email marketing, CRM platforms, or customer communications — even as part of a wider remit

→ Comfortable working with data and using performance metrics to shape decisions

→ Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is a bonus

→ A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment

→ Strong communicator — confident working across teams and with senior stakeholders

→ Genuine enthusiasm for developing CRM and email marketing as a specialism
