What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning and scaling your desk across Primary, Secondary, and SEND
• Building long-term relationships with schools and educators
• Driving business development and expanding market presence
• Placing outstanding candidates into roles where they can thrive
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
• Progressing towards your next promotion with a clear, supported pathway
