Autism Support Worker


Milk Education is more than a supply partner — we’re a community for educators. We’re currently recruiting for an Autism Support Worker to join a specialist SEND provision in Durham, starting immediately on a term-time basis.


This setting supports pupils aged 5–19 with complex learning needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and physical or sensory impairments. The school is committed to inclusion, communication, and removing barriers to learning through tailored support and strong collaboration with families and external professionals.


You’ll be joining a caring and inclusive environment where every pupil is supported to build confidence, independence, and reach their full potential. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a meaningful impact in a specialist setting.

Pay : 107.71 -120 per day
