Full-time | On-site | Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm

At Meridian, we work with leading UK brands including British Gas, E.ON, and EE, delivering face-to-face customer engagement and sales campaigns across residential, retail, and event environments.

We are currently looking for motivated and people-focused individuals to join our team as a Client Ambassador. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided, making it suitable for candidates looking to start a career in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.

This opportunity may particularly suit individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing backgrounds who enjoy working with people and thrive in a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with team members to achieve campaign goals
• Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns
• Meeting individual and team performance targets
• Participating in daily training, coaching, and team development sessions
• Representing client brands professionally
• Engaging with customers and providing product and service information

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
