Czech Creative Lead

I’m currently looking for a Czech Creative Lead to join a fast-moving creative team on a rolling contract.

This role requires someone with a very strong social-first background who understands social media campaigns inside and out. They need to be confident leading creative across digital and social campaigns while overseeing a small creative team.

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years’ experience within Creative / Art Direction roles

• Strong Art Director background with excellent visual oversight

• Extensive experience delivering social-first campaigns across digital platforms

• Deep understanding of how social content performs across platforms

• Experience leading and mentoring small creative teams

• FMCG experience highly desirable

• Strong experience working across large-scale consumer campaigns

• Adobe Creative Suite essential

• Motion / digital skills a bonus

• Fluent Czech and strong English required

• This is not a copy-led role

• Candidates must demonstrate strong social-first campaign work throughout their portfolio

• Looking for someone who lives and breathes social media creative
